Climate Global is an index administrator, methodology developer, and data analytics company. Climate Global develops and maintains the CLIMX Climate-Resilient REIT Index and related indices (collectively, the "Indices"), and licenses index data and intellectual property to third parties, including but not limited to exchange-traded fund ("ETF") issuers, asset managers, and financial institutions. Independent, third-party index calculation and publishing is performed by INDXX, which serves as the official source of record for index values, constituents, and weightings.
Climate Global is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, transfer agent, custodian, or fiduciary of any kind. Climate Global does not provide investment advice, manage assets, make securities recommendations, or exercise discretionary authority over any investor's account. Climate Global does not operate, sponsor, or manage any pooled investment vehicle, fund, or account.
The Indices are rules-based, quantitative constructs maintained by Climate Global as index administrator. Inclusion of a security in an Index does not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold that security. Index composition changes are driven solely by Climate Global's published methodology and are not discretionary investment decisions.
2. Informational Purposes Only
All content on this Site, including but not limited to index data, methodology descriptions, fact sheets, analytical commentary, research, blog posts, and any other materials (collectively, "Content"), is provided for informational and educational purposes only. None of the Content constitutes:

Official index values are calculated and published by INDXX, an independent, third-party index calculation agent. The INDXX website is the authoritative source of record for index values, constituents, and weightings. Any discrepancy between data on this Site and data published by INDXX should be resolved in favor of the INDXX data.
4. Index Performance and Hypothetical Data
Past performance of an Index is not indicative of future results. Index returns shown on this Site, whether historical, back-tested, or hypothetical, do not represent the returns of any actual investment or trading strategy. Index returns are calculated using Climate Global's published methodology and reflect the theoretical performance of a rules-based index, not an actual portfolio.
Index performance data is subject to the following limitations:
- Not investable: The Indices are not directly investable. You cannot invest directly in an Index. Any investment products that seek to track an Index are subject to fees, expenses, tracking error, and other factors that will cause their returns to differ from the Index.
- Back-tested data: Any back-tested or hypothetical performance data reflects the retroactive application of a methodology that was designed with the benefit of hindsight. Back-tested performance is inherently limited and does not reflect actual trading, liquidity constraints, or market impact.
- No guarantee: There is no guarantee that the Index methodology will produce favorable results, that the Index will outperform any alternative index or benchmark, or that any investment product tracking the Index will achieve its investment objective.
- Methodology changes: Climate Global may modify, supplement, or discontinue any Index methodology at any time, which may affect Index composition and performance.

The use of third-party data in the Indices does not constitute an endorsement of the third-party provider, and third-party providers bear no responsibility for the Indices or for any investment decisions made in connection with Index data.
Third-party data providers may have their own terms of use, limitations, and disclaimers that apply to their data. Climate Global's license to use third-party data may be subject to restrictions that limit the manner and extent to which such data can be distributed or displayed.
7. No Fiduciary Duty
Climate Global does not owe a fiduciary duty or any other duty of care to any user of this Site, any investor, any licensee's clients, or any other person. Nothing on this Site or in any Climate Global publication creates an advisor-client relationship, fiduciary relationship, or any similar relationship between Climate Global and any user, investor, or other person.
Climate Global's role is limited to that of an index administrator. Climate Global does not act as an investment advisor, fiduciary, agent, or representative of any user of this Site or any investor in products that track the Indices.

"Climate Global," "CLIMX," "Climate-Resilient REIT Index," "Climate Robustness & Durability Score," "CRDS," and the Climate Global logo and globe design are trademarks, service marks, or trade names of Climate Global LLC. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names appearing on this Site are the property of their respective owners.
You may not use any Climate Global trademark, service mark, or trade name without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of Climate Global's trademarks may constitute trademark infringement and unfair competition under applicable law.
Index Data and Methodology
The Index methodologies, scoring frameworks, and proprietary analytics developed by Climate Global constitute valuable trade secrets and confidential business information. The unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of Index data, index values, constituent lists, or methodology details is strictly prohibited without a valid license agreement with Climate Global.
Permitted Use

12. Regulatory Status
Climate Global is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") as an investment advisor under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended. Climate Global is not registered with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC") or any state securities regulator. Climate Global does not hold itself out as a registered investment advisor and does not perform any functions that would require such registration.
Climate Global's index administration activities are conducted in accordance with applicable principles for financial benchmarks. Climate Global's role is limited to the development and maintenance of Index methodologies. Independent index calculation and publishing is performed by INDXX, a third-party index calculation agent that serves as the official source of record for index values.

This Site may contain links to websites operated by third parties, including index licensees, data partners, and other organizations. These links are provided for convenience only. Climate Global does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website.
